I must comment on its central location - it was marvellous.

When I am in Sierra Nevada, I like staying here. The food is fine with a great selection of options, including fruit and eggs. Amiable staff here at my check-out. This place is in a good and perfect location away from the cable car.

Amazing and incredible location, very close to the Ski Lifts. Also - near to the center of city and lift stations, a restaurant for dinner on the half board deal and all the bars. Perfect and bright rooms, very polite staff at our check-out. Cozy bed, early check-in.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to the ski lifts and slopes. It made getting to and from the slopes a breeze. We also appreciated the traditional atmosphere and decor of the hotel, which added a cozy and charming touch to our vacation. we enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

There were a couple of aspects that we weren't too thrilled about during our stay. we found the additional charges for using the sauna and jacuzzi to be quite expensive, especially considering the limited time slots available.

Quiet and pretty hotel in a lovely area, minute walk from bars and restaurants. Magnificent room with a communal bathroom. Stunning location 5 min walk to downtown.

The staff were so pleasant, especially the receptionist. The location was super, and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel was very friendly and for the staff nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly stay there again if we visit that region. Our only slight disappointment was in the breakfast, I felt that the hot dishes could have been refreshed more frequently.

The location was marvellous and super, next to the square, a great restaurant, and the Gondolas and chair lifts. We have spent 2 days in guest room with the heating, a separate bedroom for the children, for instance.
